    Hello All

    A new challenge begins - YAY!!

    40 minute sunny walk for me today
    224/200/165
    F 38 (5'7)
    Currently doing couch to 5K program to start running and loving it Check out 'Get Running' if you have an iPhone.

          30 minutes walk and jog
          15 minute upper body weight routine with abdominal work

          Starting stats:
          182 lbs
          underarm 39"
          bust 41.25"
          under ribcage 36"
          waist 37.5"
          hips 45"
          upper arms both 12.5"
          thighs L 23" R 23.5"

          As I typed these numbers in, I thought "There's nothing like accountability"! : )

            you will want to put those stats in the sign up thread as that is where i will direct to at the end of the challenge. i want you to be able to find them easily.

              Good Morning.

              Checking in for the first day. Today is a club day and I will get plenty of exercise but it is not a gym day for me.

                  Just saying hi on the first day. I'm in for 5 times a week, but I do my workouts first thing in the a.m. Mon-Fri. Today is just my cook for the rest of the week day

                              hi everyone -- great to get another challenge started.

                              To make sure it wasn't a fluke I did another 20 miles on the bike today. (2 episodes of Moonlighting get you 20 miles on a stationary bike...lol!!!)
