          walked 2 miles on the treadmill, 50 wall push ups and 20 windmills.

            33 minutes on the bike = 6.3 miles
            24 minutes on the elliptical = 2.1 miles

            Overall a very good workout day. I love getting back into the groove!

                    light day ughhhhh...
                    my exercise ball deflated and my pump isn't working...so off to buy a pump tonight.

                    I still managed to do
                    100 leg lifts each leg
                    50 squats each leg

                    I am disappointed...I had a major workout planned!! UGHHHHH....

                    Keep up the good work everyone...I need the motivation for all of you!
