    40 minute step aerobic DVD today - happy Friday!

    65 minute walk aerobics DVD and 15 minutes upper body weight and ab routine.

      Ugh - put me down for a workout today - walked a 6700 yard (~4 miles) HILLY golf course today. I'm beat!

      Tomorrow it's grass cutting and Sunday - NOTHING....

          Walking and swimming - did 30 laps tonight as there was absolutely no-one else using the pool at the gym. It was lovely and peaceful!!

                          5 miles on my bike before dinner and mowed the lawn....only counting the bike riding.
