Ahh, had a FABULOUS workout at the gym tonight with DH.
30 minutes on treadmill (run/walk, did about 1.8 miles)
24 minutes on stationary bike (5.25 miles)
arm weight circuit
leg weight circuit
step ups (20 on each leg with 5 lb weights)
abs on the stability ball (20 with a 4 lb medicine ball)
I feel so amazing! This is the kind of workout I need everyday!!
Oh, and ***Happy Birthday*** to my wonderful mom!!
Way to go everyone, week 1 is finished, and I hope everyone is feeling good!
