    Good morning fellow 6WEC'ers....

    Tough morning for me to get up today, but I did. 30 mins of HIIT on the Stairmaster. Feeling much better/energized now. Glad I dragged myself up!

    it might be a good time for all the current challengers to check the charts for week 2 and 3. i'm missing some days for a few you.
