I don't know where to ask his question, so I'll ask it here. Will there be some type of notification before you start the next 6 week challenge? I'd be interesting in joining in, but I want to join on time!
Today was horse washing day and it definately counts as exercise haha ..was out there 3 hours..washing, grooming, and cleaning hooves. My neck isnt happy Its frustrating to be injured err!
My first goal is 174 which will take me off the "obese" list.
Then 145 which will bring me to the high end of "healthy weight".

Planning to be down to 140 lbs, so I can join the Royal Navy. And get running! 2.4km in 14 minutes is the aim. And wear a UK size 12, fitting all the clothes I've dreamed about wearing!

It is really amazing, three months ago I would have taken 3 or 4 breaks, and the same amount of work would have taken twice as long...I didn't even notice how long I'd been at it until I was done I used to HATE to sweat...I didn't even notice today...
