Just a quick note today, as I am at work and no computer at home.
I got my blood test results back, from my annual physical, yesterday. My PMD said they were "amazing"!!! My choleserol, HDL, LDL, and CRP were "much better than average", my BP was great, my weight was <24 BMI, and she was gushing: the former Atkins skeptic was very amazed compared to what my exam results were last year!! She is no longer dubious about the Atkins' WOL! Not only am I healthy but my doctor learned how the Atkins WOE works and hopefully will tell her patients!!!!
I am keeping up the exercise while I am in computer exile and I will join you guys once again when I am back online.Kelly
