So much company last night and I wasn't sure when they would leave, so I just got to it anyway and did 20 minutes on the treadmill and a super 50 minutes on Wii Fit. I felt great for pushing through it and not letting anything be an excuse.
I don't plan on taking a rest until Sunday. Gotta stick to it. (Some self talk here).
