    25 minutes weight training - 100 upper body and 100 lower body.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      25 minutes of strength training which I think is starting to work as some of the exercises are beginning to get a little bit easier. Once I get my exercise bike delivered at the weekend there will be no stopping me!
