    We've started into the last week of 6WEC#17 so its time to start getting ready for the next challenge.

    6WEC#18 will run from May 22nd thru July 2nd.

    I plan to exercise 5 days a week.

    I will come back and add the measurements once the current challange is over.

    *FYI* The next 2 weekends (May 20-22 & 28-30) I will be visiting out of town friends, attending another graduation and a 50th wedding anniversay party/family reunion. The chart won't be updated during those weekends. I'll get the chart caught up as soon as I can.

    5/23 Whoops. Looks like I won't really need to be keeping track of my measurements for a while. I recently found out that I'm pregnant so the rest of my weight loss journey has been put on hold. :yes :joy

        Since I know that this actually WORKS I may as well stay on it for the next six weeks too. I'll say 3/7 because I know I can do that.

        Will post measurements after this challenge finishes on Sunday.

            I plan to exercise 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes, taking Sat and Sun off.

            Under arms - 41
            Fullest part of chest – 47.5
            Ribcage – 38.5
            Waist – 41.5
            Hips – 48.5
            Upper Arm – L:15.5 + R:15 =30.5
            Thigh - 27 x 2= 54
            Weight - 189

              Yep, sign me up again! Besides this WOE, these challenges are the best thing I've done for myself! I'll also post measurements after #17 is over. I'm going to stick with my 5/7 exercise plan. That way if I do get a 6th day in it is bonus and not required! I need that extra leeway.

              Don't think I've lost too many pounds, but my clothes are hanging off of me...so hoping to see lots of loss in inches. Keeping my fingers crossed!

                I am so in! I always tend to start out strong with exercising, but then peeter off toward the end, it was great having a swift kick in the hiney from Skyye! And JimmieJo was there for me too! You guys are the best, and this past challenge helped me so much!

                I'll post my measurements after the current challenge.

                  i will continue with 5/7, increasing my crunches, biking the same distance and trying to add some step exercise that barbiebud sent me. also want to start doing some push ups.

                    I'm in on this one also. I did the last (current) challeng 5 days per week as promised and I dont feel I lost that much, altho we will see when I do final measurements.
