    I'm so ready to do this challenge again! This is great!!

    measurements:
    Under your arms (around your chest) = 39
    Fullest part of your bust/chest = 42
    Ribcage = 37
    Waist = 36
    Hips = 42.5
    Upper Arms (both biceps) = 12.5 * 2 = 25
    Thighs (both thighs) = 24 * 2 = 48
    Weight = 196

    and sign me up for 5/7 days of excercise!
    F 24 5'10 SW - 217 GW 170 restarted atkins 1/14/08 - This time I'm sticking with it!

            Chest: 49"
            Ribcage: 36.5"

            Hips: 53"
            Right Arm: 14"
            Left Arm: 14.5"

                  Ok. I guess I forgot to post my 7 days a week commitment.

                  I'll do my workouts 7 days a week, at least 30 minutes each (minimum).

                  My present measurements:

                  Under arms (around chest): 36

                  Fullest part of your bust/chest: 41

                  Ribcage: 34

                  Waist: 35

                  Hips: 40

                  Upper Arms (both biceps): 10

                  Thighs (each): 22

                  Weight: 158

                      sarah, yes do join up. tell sky how many days a week you will exercise. i am sorry i could not get to this any faster. i saw your other post on how to join and then saw you had posted here.

                      post again in this same place and tell sky how many days a week you will do whatever it is you are going to do.
                      then every day you will see a post here in this forum for that particular day. post each day telling sky what you did.
                      if you have any problems you can pm me or better yet, pm sky and she or i one will get you going.

                        Ok, I am joining I am going to do 4 days per week for sure. I will go up from there if I do more good right so here are my measurements ok. I have to take the Saturday and Sunday off cause I will not be home I have recitals and rehersals all weekend with my kids so busy and I am a helper mom so it'll be crazy.

                          sarah, sky will probably start you out missing the whole first week and will begin you on sunday, the 29th. do you know about the chart she has posted? sky will give you a smiley face (for days you exercise) a couch potato guy (for our rest days) or a SLUG, likd barbiebud is going to get :yikes
