      Ok really this time I am goind to do it!!!! I am going to do something for 30 min 5 days a week!!! I have a friend at work who wants to go with me so now if I can just remember to post that I have done it!!!! ensive Oh yeah Barb will nag me I am sure!!!! :hug

                Updated Measurements for new challenge starting today:

                Waist - 32 inches
                Fullest bit of bust - 41 inches
                Hips - 43 inches
                Arm beside shoulder - 14 inches
                Thighs - 23 inches
                Calf - 14 inches

                Weight - currently 148.5 and would love to get under 140 in the next six weeks if possible....


                Am aiming to do strength training 3/7 each week and use my exercise bike most nights anyway to keep myself going.

                  I'm back and promise to exercise 5/7, won't be able to post my exercise everyday though so for that I promise to post 2/7! Hugs for Skyye...because without you and the challenge I fell off and really let myself down! :anger

                  My current measurements I will take in the morning. I know I am up to 143 from 136 and just feel lots of wobbley parts where I used to have slight definition!

                  I will be re-starting Slim in 6 on Monday morning. Today I did 3.5 miles on treadmill.

                                Gotcha. You don't have to post measurements if you don't want to. Just be sure and keep track of them somewhere so that you'll be able to see just how good exercise is for you. :yes
