    I hads this handcarried to me from the states, since I;m latent diabetic & alpha lipoic acid is important for me I take one in the AM & one in the PM
    I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

      I have to second the high recommendation for Vitacost. I buy all my supplements there.

      I take their 100mg capsules of CoQ10. I have only been taking them for 5 days, since I restarted induction. Since I am having minor "induction flu" I can comment on their effectiveness yet.

        I've bought CoQ10 25mg capsule ,i take Chromium and Multi V. I wanna know that do i need to take L-Carnitine along with them as in the book said it works in collaboration together to mobilize fat....Please give me some advice.

          My multivitamin has 20 mg in each; Dosage of 4 then is 80. The recommended is 100 right? Is this good enough or no?

            My mom's cardiologist recommended Co-Q10 because she had cardiomyopathy.

            From all I've read this is a wonderful supplement to add to your program.

            I take 100 mg myself.

            Anyone else?
