jack and i were saying just this evening how much faster our nails were growing, both fingernails and toenails.
the biotin is doing this. my nails look pretty enough that i could actually go have a manicure or a pedicure if i wanted.
we're on track with everyting else. i've got to get jack some chon/glucosamine, though.

I love my vitamins and supplements and the effects they have on me. Really really noticeable difference. I saw my sister this summer and she's always dragged out, gets depressed, etc., so I tried to convince her to start taking stuff but she couldn't even get excited about trying it. Too bad for her. My nails are so strong right now, and I was always the one with the nails that would peel. No more...and Jimmie, treat yourself to some self-care and go get a pedicure and a manicure! Gotta nurture your soul as well as the bod!

I'm still working on (off & on that is) a beginner's guide to supplements that could potentially be made a sticky. it'll have a FAQ as well as links to reliable sources as to why we should be taking supplements, etc. My goal is to make it pretty comprehensive, but I realize that I may have to update the post every now and then.
