    Hey look at that.. I made my xmas goal Wow, I forgot I was 247.7 when I started this challenge. Wow! And I was right.. I do feel generally awesome.. dont know about looking great yet,.. but almost LOL..

    On to my secondary goal of less than 190 by xmas!! 8.75 pounds to go.. woohoo!!

    Felt like I was destined to be above 200 forever... So nice of that stomach flu to push me into onederland. I guess when your stomach will only let you have diet vernors and chicken broth, it does give one's weight loss a little bit of a boost lol!

      Congrats on Onederland!!! Sorry the stomach flu was what got you there though. The yuks are definitely going around.

      I have FINALLY lost two pounds according to the home scale. I've stuck with it well the past little bit and am increasing water as much as possible. Seems the more I drink the more I want. Onederland is still very far away but I'll get there!

        WOOOHOOOOO!!! MARY Onederland that is soooo aweosme I am soooo Damn Happy for ya, you'll be blowing by me in no time, my weight is comming off oh, soooo slow right now but, it's all right this is a life change and so long as I get there hoping for June next year I will be increadibly happy.

        WOOHOOOO Yankee your scale stall finally gave you 2 pounds that's Aweosm and must make you feel sooo great. I've had lots of thos scale stuch issues and so I just don't use the scale very much any more I hate it LOL. I am sooo glad you lost those 2 pounds that's awesome 2 pounds less to go WOOOHOOOO!!

        As for me I am running today, I am Pre TOM so I have been really dragging my ever loving but, these last few days I don't wanna do anything but, darn it I will NO EXCUSES. ANy how I am really hoping to be down to 100 pounds gone by theend of this year that would be fabulous I ahve 8 pounds to lose so I really Hope I can do that and Just get to the 100 gone then I will have 20 pounds to goal. and will be 185 wouldn't that be great. It seems I have been practically killing myself with exercise these last weeks just to get anything to move my inches are stuck and I don't know about the pounds but, they feel stuck too. Maybe I need to change it up shock my body ionto losing more weight. I may start upping my weight training and see if that helps. I upped my carbs to see if I could Jump my weight loss again I don't know if it helped but, I had no cravings so that's always good LOL. I guess I was up to 40g of carbs up to 50 for a week and I ahve dropped them down again to about 30 so we'll see if I shocked myself.

        On an up note I was really hot yesterday don't know if it's from TOM or what but maybe I am gunna have a Whooshie one can only hope.

          Way to go Yankee, 2 pounds is awesome!!! Glad to see things are moving ahead for you!!

          Sarah; I have no doubt that you'll reach -100 by the end of the year! Sounds like switching things up a bit might be a good idea. Sometimes our bodies just seem to get too complacent in the same ol' routine, even if we are working our butts off!! I hope you find what works, either way you still rock!!

          Thanks for the encouragement, I couldn't have done it without everyone here!! I know I would have gotten into onederland with or without the stomach flu, and I could have easily given into my cravings for icecream while I've been sick but didn't, so I'm still proud of myself

          My next short term goal is 195 by Thanksgiving, I hope I can make it!!

            Sarah, that new pic is AMAZING!!! You must be so proud of yourself and when you see that pic just bellow out WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



            I'm feeling so good right now and I know it's just because I'm not putting junk into my system. Hunger pangs are infrequent and actually feel kinda good! I've gotten a lot done - like painting the dining room the other day - in a short amount of time when even just six months ago it would have taken me many days to get up the energy to complete the job. I masked everything off, painted two coats, did the trim work, cleaned up, and put the room back together in just one day. I can accomplish so much if only I stick with it!

              Thank you SOOO much Yankee I actually took that today feeling like crap TOM Hormiones feeling GROSS but, seeing the pic and Peoples reactions Has made my entire day.

              It sounds to me like you are doing awesome I am SOOO PROUD of you. Not putting that stuff inside you sure does Change the way you look at yourself you can only be happy at how well you are doing.

                Sarah you really do look beautiful in that picture, very sexy and mysterious lol!!

                I am feeling better and am trying not to gain back the weight I lost while I was sick. I am at about 195 and am feeling wonderful!! My clothes are starting to fit much better and I'm almost almost into my old 14-16 size clothes from Lane Bryant.

                Back before I started I always thought "i'd be happy just to be back in my 14-16's!!" And while of course if I do get there, I know I won't be satisfied.. it will feel so good when I'm finally there!! That's my xmas goal - I know the exact outfit I want to wear on christmas, just need to fit into it!!

                I hope everyone is doing okay. I miss hearing from everyone!!

                  I'm here I have been feeling really sick I am thinking I was having a stall cause my Hormones are playing with me this happens then I don't stall for months. SO I am taking this in stride knowing it will be over soon and I'll be moving down again. I feel sooo horrible I can't tell you I ahve a Migrain, I am tired, cramps and I feel nauseated so I didn't exercise today and took today as a much need rest day.

                    Sounds like you need to pamper yourself a bit Sarah. Rest is as important as exercise! I hope you're feeling better soon.

                    I managed to pass by the majorly wonderful looking pastries that were at work today. Walked as much as I could, got in and out of the grocery store without buying junk, cooked a lo-carb dinner and now I'm going to bed so I can definitely say it's been an on program day!

                    Tomorrow will be to!!!!

                      I'm still here. I haven't lost any weight in some time now as I've not been able to exercise due to a flare up of my back resulting in my back and leg SCREAMING at me. Under docs orders to lay off the exercise and take it easy until this week. When I don't exercise along with dieting, I don't lose weight. I started walking this week and that's all I can do for now and I'm having to go slow at that. Just did a mile for today. I had worked up to 5 miles every other day when I had to quit. That was probably too much but I do want to get back to about 3 miles every other day and go back to Curves every other day. Hopefully Curves will come in a week or two. I've gone back to induction to jump start my weight loss and hopefully meet my weight loss goal by Christmas. That's 15 lbs. from now. Don't know if I will make it or not.

                        I don't know if I'll make it either Punkin. BUT.... there are other positives to look at besides the numbers. I just bought two pairs of pants that are two sizes smaller than what I was wearing six months ago. And that's with just minimal weight loss is the last two months. So there are body changes going on despite a very slow drop in the numbers.


                        I got through Thanksgiving unscathed - not perfect by any means but unscathed so it was a success. DD had swim practice this morning. Usually on a holiday the kids will all bring in left over chinese food and eat it after their workout but today, since there were no chinese restaurants open yesterday, they brought in all the leftover Thanksgiving desserts. What wasn't eaten by the club became a buffet for the rest of the county as the rec center opened it's doors to the public. I'm so grateful the stuff isn't in my house any longer!!!

                          Way to go on the Good Thanksgiving. I know what you mean about the minimal weight loss ME TOO!! I was really hoping for a BIG 10 pound loss by Christmas I ahven't lost any inches or anything I have lost 6 pounds in the last 2 months but, other then that Not a whole lot going on. I just wanna lose size more then I care about the inches cause inches are what make your clothes feel better.

                          So I am excited so long as Hubby has a nice Paycheck we are gunna go dress shopping YAY. It'll be sooo fun I'm gunna get me a real pretty sexy dress I am thinking longer a little fitted not too sure I'll just have to try stuff on and see how it goes.

                          I have been sweating like crazy in my bed lately they say that is a sign of your body relaesing toxins well I hope so the more I get rid of the more likely I am to lose this fat so I am drinking my water YAY me and I feel thirsty all the time LOL. It kinda sucks But I feel so Parched.

                            Ack, I didn't "cheat" yesterday but man did I BINGE!! BAD MARY!!! Ugh I was doing so well and now I am off track. Next goal: get back to where I was before thanksgiving!!

                            Good job on your thanksgiving, Yankee, I'm glad you are doing well!! Hope everyone else made it through okay too.

                            I need to get my motivation back at full momentum, I only have 5 months to go before my wedding day, help!! Okay tomorrow MUST exercise must exercise must exercise!!!!!

                              I'm trying to work up the resolve to exercise today. Dd needs to up her core workouts to pick up speed in the pool and I actually have the time to go with her today. But will I??? Yes, she will shame me into it but I'm feeling lazy and don't want to!!

                              Today will be an induction day, this week will be an induction week, next week will be an induction week.................. then we head out on vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                HEY if this isn't modivation enough for you 2 to exercise well I am running for 3 hours today. And think you'll be done way before me it's only a few minutes out of your day. COMMON you can do it Yankee, Mary. If I can run 3 hours you surely can do 1 hour. ROFL. Yes, I am nuts I am sure you know that. I want to run that marathon so it pure training. Today is gunna be extremely tough though my baby was up in the middle of the night and I tried to sleep with him so I didn't get much for sleep I am exhaused sitting here hoping my thyroid pills are gunna perk me up a bit the T3 usually does. I am thinking of asking the doc if we can divide it in 2 doses and so I can take 2 pills per day we'll see.
