    Size Difference...

    I'm interested in reading about going from size XX to size X...

    So, when you get a minute, please let me know from what size you started to what size you are down to.

    It is exciting to see everyone shrinking!!

      17 lbs. lost and no size drop yet, little looser I guess but not enough to drop.

          I started June 2003 at size 32 tight (UK) and am now a size 14/16 (UK) I think UK sizes are a couple of numbers higher than US ones.
          Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

              Started March 27,2006 29 Lb's & 3 sizes GONE!

                      I started wearing a 22 in January... I've lost about 32 lbs and weigh 249 lbs and wear mostly size 18's and have 2 size 16 jeans that I can wear comfortably. I went from a XXL shirt to XL/L now.
                      No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

                          I started March 2004. I weighed 285 pounds. I wore sizes 22 and some 24's. I now weigh 175. I wear size 12.

                              I went from 56/58 to 34/36 or 5XLT to LT. I so love leaving the X's in the dirt.

                                  I started in a tight 26 pants- 22/24 top, now (just a few months later) I'm in 14/16 pants - 10/12 top... I LOVE Atkins!!!

                                  Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                                  Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                                  Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                                  so:
                                  Restart Progress:
                                  12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                                  01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                                  01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                                  (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
                                  01/18/10 ~ 227.4
                                  01/5/10 ~ 226.8
                                  02/01/10 ~ 222.6

                                          I started at a 22 pants, and 2X shirts. I am now in 14/16 pants and L shirts. I even own a couple of M. I like looking at the tags, just to see that M in there.

                                              I started at a 22 which was tight. I am wearing a size 20 today and it is loose.

                                                      I went from a size 44 pants to a 36inch waist.My shirt size went from a 3xl to a 1xl if they are cut properly. My energy level is what really went up in size,thank you Dr. Atkins.
