    Re: Size Difference...

Before I started Atkins (August 18, 2004) I was a size 32 in UK sizes.

    Now I'm a size 20 in N. American sizes.

I'm hoping to be an 18 by my two year Atkinsversary.

I started at a size 22 and ended at a pants size 6/8/10, depending on what brand they are.

            Brook you are certainly inspiring!

I always bought tight stretch jeans, and larger sizes that fit perfect on my thighs and butt didn't on my waist (it was too baggy) So I could only guesstimate that my highest was size 22, my smallest was 7/8.

I started wearing a size 18, XL or XXL in tops. Today I wear I size small on top, and a size 8 on the bottom.

Do you think it is possible to be 150 pounds and wear a size 10 (from what you've experienced)?

I believe so...I haven't gotten down to 150 yet, but am wearing size 8/10/12 depending on the brand.

And by the way, I started at 22/24 and am now at 8/10/12.

I'll chime in here, if that is cool - when i was 160 i fit into a size 10... So i would say, for me 150 would be a perfect 10... ahh... dreaming about that now. I am 5'5" and curvy... (just a bit TOO curvy right now - LOL).

Hi, I'm new to this site. This is one of the first threads that Iv'e been reading. It is so amazing to see the sizes that you all dropped. It gives me an abundence of motivation to start the diet, and a really needed it alot, since I was still sceptical about the diet. Thank you all.
