I havent read anywhere about where the info is to be posted - maybe she will set up a special thread where we can add the team's figures on Jan 11th?

I suppose it would be a good idea for us to all post our 'pounds to lose' and measurements here on 11th January so someone can collate them and record the totals.

I suggest we all weigh and measure after getting up on the morning of the 11th and add our numbers to this thread.

    Anyone any better ideas?

Also has anyone seen a list of what measurements are needed?

I won't be able to be included in this weigh in on the 11th because my two week weigh in will not be until Jan 16th :sadblinky
2005 is the beginning of my life. I vow to lose this excess weight and keep it off. LOW CARB AND LOVING IT!!!!! :icondance

This may be a silly question, but exactly what measurements are we to post?

Perhaps those partway through their first 14 days of induction on 11 Jan ought to post their starting weight and measurement instead?

                      Welcome Motivated!
Nice to meet you! I wish you the best of luck with your atkins WOE.
My understanding is that what we are doing is to support each other as a group to be as successful as possible with our weight loss and becoming healthy. I believe the group who has lost the most and maintains the most "newbies" after 6mos wins!
We have a great group going so far, and so welcome aboard.
We are posting our measurements on the 11th of Jan., and if you just scroll up it will tell you what measurements to take.
Please feel free to let me know how we can help you be most successful, and again Welcome!

                          Hello motivated :wave

I see you have got your ticker in your signature already - well done. It always helps anyone answering questions to know your current and goal weights.

You might also like to add whether you are male or female too - again this will help others to help you. Not much use advising a man that he might gain weight over his time of the month!! :yikes
Also if you want to enroll for the relevant 'men/women' forum your signature block must state your gender.

Apart from that all you need to do is read the rules of induction and follow them the best way you can.

We are here to help you with any questions or problems you have - just ask!

                              HELLO TEAM 5

Hi- Kelley here. I am excited about the challenge and having a support group to rely on and hopefully be a support to someone else.

I have done Atkins before and did well, then I went back to school to finish my Master's degree and gained it all back plus some.

I am going to try and do induction until I reach 200... I hope I can do it..

I've started walking on my treadmill again too!!! 10 mins every morning so far. I will add more time each week. I just want to start slow so I don't burn out. Know what I mean?

Well it's great to meet you all. I am looking forward to being one of the BIG LOSERS on this challenge. :joy

Just keep swimming, just keep swimming....
