        Slim....

        How are you doing at bootcamp???

        So.....I wan't to drink at least 4 liters of water everyday, today so far I have had 2,5 and it is already almost 8 pm here..... I have to drink faster....but on the other hand, I plan to stay up all night writing a paper anyway, so I will make it.

        My menu today is:
        Breakfast:
        1 hamburger beef (homemade) with cheese on top
        Lunch:
        2 slices of pizza (the Atkins friendly kind)
        Snack:
        Pepper
        Dinner:
        2 hamburger beefs with cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and bacon.

        WATER WATER WATER..... :capital

          Water! I feel like I'm drowning in it, but I'm still only getting about 2 litres a day. But I'm working on it. Right now I'm only drinking water (and a decaf coffee in the morning . . .but only one) so I'm hoping to get more down, but gah. It's just so much!

            I set my Tivo to record the two episodes I missed. I've checked to make sure they're there, but haven't had time to watch them yet. I probably won't for a while, considering that the first day of our vacation was also the first day of the new school semester, so I'm already about 350 pages behind, and who knows how many assignments. Maybe I can sneak in the first episode tomorrow between reading articles.

            We have pictures out the wazoo. When my husband uploaded them from the memory cards (yes, we took and filled 3 x 256 MB XD cards) we had somewhere around 600 pictures... about 80 of which will be focused & viewable.

            I'll build an album when I have more time, but I did put two up for my parents to see.

            DH & I on the deck in about 50 mph wind.

                        Weekly weighin weight is the same 219...still eating clean and drinking my H2O.

                          Fridays sound like a good weigh in day to me. I am trying to stop doing that everyday. Something about seeing a scale....makes me have to stand on it. I am driving myself nuts with that.
                          Went to the gym and worked out last night. Did a little over a mile on the treadmill, 50 ab crunches, 3 sets of 12 reps on the weight machines. I drank a whole 40 ounces of water while working out. (Ok.... so I am still working on the water drinking thing.)

                            Yes, weekly weigh ins sound like a great idea, but would it be too tacky if I took a miss on it it this week? It's TOM, so I don't like to weigh myself.


                            Kimmypooh: feeling smaller is soooo important. Way to go. I know I'm a bit smaller than when I started. My clothes all look smaller, but I still don't feel any smaller. I can't wait for that.

                              Great...let's have a weekly weigh-in day....
                              I do mine on fridays, but we could just post our weight on the day that suits on best.....

                              Curveegrrl...I fully understand why you want to skip weighing....I always gain 2-3 pounds during TOM....not very encourageing.
