  • I got in 4L of water yesterday. Or close enough to four litres. I did spill some.

    And I got in my 30 minutes of exersize. I got the single for great new pop song that's out over here. It comes with a DVD of the video clip, and a speacial section to learn the dance. So now I am studying the Fantastipo. (Which is the dance the boys on my avatar are doing) And I am fully crap at it. It make take a few more days to get it looking realy good. Ah well.

    • OK. I didn't get my water or exercise in yesterday. OK, I did drink maybe 1.5L, but that's not nearly enough, now is it?

      That aside, I'm here for the Friday weigh-in. It's been a couple weeks since I approached the evil new scale. And it was with a certain amount of hesitation that approached it this morning. However, I am pleased with the results. 135.5kg (298-ish lbs) down from 138kg (304-ish lbs) so a nice 2.5kg (5.5lbs) loss

      Only 55.5kg more to go!

      • Sorry guys. I'm still here, I've just had ZERO time lately. School kicked back in, work has me in and out of town, etc. Wanted to let you know I haven't dropped off.... nor have I had time to be an active participant.

        • Checking in for the weekly weigh in - down 2 lbs. more to 151!!!!! :joy :joy :joy :joy Now I've lost over 80 lbs. since beginning this WOE!!! And thanks for the compliment Elmark, it took a long time to work up the courage to post those pics!

            I don't understand.....I gained 1 pound. And I followed the rules and drank my water and exercised..... :raving

            I don't know what is going on.....My extra christmas pounds won't come off.

                I'll do my best to up my water this week, to see if it helps. Maybe I should do some extra exercise as well.....

                • OK. Pammie is over hee threatening me about getting our stats in. And since she wa kind enough to make me dinner, and translate what the handsome Japanese men on TV are saying, I thingk I'll oblige.

                  rubyinparadise doesn't seem to have reported (if that's a mistake, feel free to slap me) and piasabird dropped out before we actually started, so Pammie says we don't have to include here.

                  So our total weight to lose (or loose . . .did we ever deicde which??) is -- 1065 lbs. So it looks like we're in for a ton of fun!!! I'll copy this into the challenge thread before Pammie has a fit!!! If I've made any major errors, please remember that I'm an English teacher and numbers are not my friends. But PM me, and I'll make the correction.

                    I was trying to get the numbers together a while ago, but I just couldn't seem to get it done.

                    Ruby is pregnant and has dropped out of the team (I hope it is okay that I tell, I asked her to tell you all herself).
                    So I guess we shouldn't count her as well.....

                    WOW....1065 pounds.....that's a lot.....Imagine that much butter, or maybe evil potatoes???

                      • Yeah....it sounds like a lot, but I have to remember, that we are more than 1 or 2 people on this team....and yes....a year ago it would have been a much higher number.....at least for me....

                          • I didn't get much water in yesterday. I was so busy at work, that I completely forgot. And by the time I got home, I could only get another liter down before bedtime....
                            So I only made it to 2½ liters yesterday... :nono :nono :nono

                            • Yeah, I've been slack with water too. I've gotten the 4L down about 4 days this week, but yesterday and today were a complete miss. Maybe only 2.5L.

                              And exercise?? What's that?? I KNOW I need to get myself moving, but Ugh! I just can't stand it.

                                It's 3.30 pm here, and I have had 3 liters so far....at least one to go....but it looks like I can do more today....
