Thanks Elmark, I hadn't really considered a reward for that. Buying smaller clothes has been reward enough the last couple of months. The big milestone I'm looking toward now is going into the single digit sizes. When I get myself into a size 8 jeans, there is going to be a serious celebration!232/142/120

Yay....we can have a team 4 celebration party, where we all admire pictures of you in size 8's!!!!
I was actually thinking of this whole reward thing the other day. When I started Atkins, I listed some rewards that I would give myself for every 10 pounds.
It could be going to the hairdresser, buy some new make-up. Buy clothes, something for my home, a special book or something like that!.
I haven't done that lately. But maybe I should. Maybe it would motivate me even more, since my weightloss has slowed considerably now....
I'll spend this weekend working on a list......

Weigh-in day tomorrow. Let's do something extra today, to make sure, that the numbers tomorrow are positive!
I will drink at least 5 liters of water today!
I will do some extra sit-ups tonight!

I know....I'm exercising 4 days a week and eating right, but I still don't lose.....Crazy.....Sometimes I even gain weight.

Hellooooooo! Guess who's back. It's ME!
Yes, I got Pam to log herslef out. Ahe says she just hit Logout. But I've been doing that about a hundred times a day for the last two weeks with no success. I guess the computer jsut didn't believe me.
Anyhoo. Things are going well. No real weightloss to report, but I'm getting my water (ugh) and I've been exercising.
But really my most exciting news has to be that flying back to Tokyo from Sapporo this past weekend, I could put the tray down! I've never been able to put the tray down. I had Pammie take a picture of the the tray in the down position so I could put it in my scrapbook.
Yay!
So how are the rest of y'all feeling???Pixiepants!!

Great to see you back....the team has been very quiet....maybe you are just what we need....
I had that airplane-tray experience in December....It's a fantastic feeling....Congratulations....
Now I'm regretting that I didn't get a picture when I got my tray all the way down.....
