Hi everyone,

Congratulation to everyone on the hard work and the weightloss. I weighed myself last night and I am down to 272 lbs. which I believe gives me a loss of 9 of the 13 lbs I pledged. I hope everyone has a fantastic day.

Today was my weigh-in and I lost 4.7 pounds!! YAY!! I'm finally in the 330's (337.3). Now I can't wait for the 320's!

Jeeezzz, sorry I haven't checked in in awhile but it's been crazy busy around here. Anyway, new stats here:

CW: 259

This is my first challenge and it sure is going to be close!! 9 pounds in 21 days is going to be pretty tough as my weight loss seems to have settled in to about 2 pounds a week. Might have to step up the cardio just a bit... This is great fun though and definitely helps for sure!!

I'm so excited I could just burst. I'm now 1.5 pounds below my 10 pound goal for New Years! 11.5 pounds gone - FOREVER!!!!

I wanted to drop a quick line to show you some pants I tried on today that were hanging off of me. I was able to get them up and down without unbuttoning or unzipping them.



What a difference 31 pounds made in my pant size:

Hoping, I don't exercise. I know they said it's non-negotiable but with the arthritis in my spine and the Morton's neuroma in my foot ... exercise (or should I say the after effects) are horrific. I can't walk upright for weeks at a time when I try to exercise (even something as simple as slow walking for even just a short distance). I can go to the grocery for less than an hour and cramp up in my legs and back the whole night. This is a result from being rear-ended at 4 separate stop lights (now why wouldn't people stop at a stop-light? I think my car must be invisible). I'm praying I can lose enough weight to get well enough to be able to go back to my Turbo Jam....absolutely loved it!!!
