Ok, here is true inspiration for wanting to lose weight (besides my health). She is my heart. She deserves to have a healthy mommy who can do things with her.

How about we do an exercise challenge? We can post what our goals are (so many minutes per day, etc.) and then check in daily to post what we've done, how we might need to improve, etc.? It can be for 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months? We'll take pics and measurements at the beginning and post it and then post again at the end of the challenge with before and after pics. I know this challenge might be going on in another forum but I'd like to keep this challenge in the Century Club. Anyone game?

Well, only 2 days of this challenge left. We have accomplished so much.

I will be weighing in tomorrow morning and anxious to see if I got the last 1.8 pounds off to meet my challenge goal. I sure hope so. That'll put me in the 320's! FINALLY!

Keep reporting those losses. Let's go out of 2007 with a BANG!

I have to share this. I cringe when I hear "Get moving" only because they did this whole big commercial/email thing from our governor about "Get Moving Kentucky". We have the worst insurance out of all the state workers (in different states) and he's telling us to get healthy. One month of PT (about 10 sessions) cost me $400 out of pocket. Ugh!! Ok, I'll quit complaining now. Besides, we have a new governor now and hopefully things will get better.

I can overcome this. How about a "Lose the Lumps" challenge? Just kidding. Where's everyone? People need to get in here and vote before the New Year.

Hey All

Well, I've kind of been dreading this but I need to announce that I'm definitely not going to make my first challenge. Sigh... didn't lose an ounce since my last weigh in...

I guess I may have mis-judged a little since I joined this challenge when the weight was still dropping off pretty fast. Now it's slowed to a crawl.. 1 to 2 lbs a week seems to be the norm.

Unfortunately I'm here to report that I'm still at exactly 256 with no loss for the last week. Definitely not a stall but a "sticking" point for sure. I was a good boy over the holidays however I think I may have went a little high on overall calories on Christmas Day. We started with a big breakfast, kind of nibbled all day and ended with Prime rib and asparagus (asparagus covered in mayo of course)... Jeeezzz my mouth waters just thinking about it!!

Anyway, I'm not too discouraged as I still feel great with absolutely no cravings whatsover so I'm here to stay. WOE for life this time for sure!!

O.K. What's next?? I'm definitely all over an exercise challenge as I just recently started a weight training program and my new treadmill will be here in a few days!! Just let me know and I'm in.
