I had to have my cup of Java before I checked in. I'vwe reduced my coffee from about 70 ounces a day down to 40. Next week, i'm gonna start mixing in half decaf with my morning brew and see if I can wean myself..... my last, and hardest, addiction (well food wise, we won't talk about the cigarettes) to let go of. It's been what, 4 years, and I can't get my body used to working nights and sleeping days.
