I got 10 minutes in on my bike and 10 minutes in on my stability ball..........I dont want to say too much too soon cause I might jinx myself but Im feeling a little skinnier today. Gonna wait til next monday to say for sure.

I take measurements once a month and today I took my second set of pics.........its not alot but I can see a difference. I'm down 3.75 inches since Dec 15th. I would post them but Im not sure how to do that. Im guessing I just need to upload them to photobucket or the like and then grab the URL. I think maybe I will do that right now in my journal

Hello just checking in...I didnt get much exercize in this weekend ): ...but I shopped all weekend...so lots of walking around...went to 2 flea markets. I wont count that towards my exersize...although I am exausted!

anyway I'll kick but this week at the gym, for taking the weekend off.

Today I weighed in at 200 pounds. I can't believe I've lost 40 pounds since I began this WOL in October. I'm so happy I made the choice that I was worth it. I don't even want to imagine where I would be today had I not started this journey. I'm so grateful to God and grateful to all of you for your support.

My total loss for the week is 3 pounds. I will let you know my official weight tomorrow (is that the official day).

Congrats Chick and Roger on your weightloss!!!
