      Checking in...45 Minutes of exercise (treadmill, elliptical(wow these things are killer), and swimming...also I am down 3 more pounds.

        Congrats on the 3 pounds Sarah! That dang elliptical machine is a killer! lol But it's such a good workout.

            Definitely, when I first started doing the elliptical I could only go for about 2 minutes and then had to switch to the treadmill. I eventually worked my way up to 20 minutes! I haven't been on it in awhile because I got hooked on the group classes. Hmmm...maybe I should challenge myself to see how long I could last now!

              What I know:
              1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
              2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
              3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
              4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                    Hit the gym tonight, 70 minutes, mixture of HIIT cardio and chest routine day. I really pushed a leeeetle too hard. I hurt.
