Definitely, when I first started doing the elliptical I could only go for about 2 minutes and then had to switch to the treadmill. I eventually worked my way up to 20 minutes! I haven't been on it in awhile because I got hooked on the group classes. Hmmm...maybe I should challenge myself to see how long I could last now!

Hit the gym tonight, 70 minutes, mixture of HIIT cardio and chest routine day. I really pushed a leeeetle too hard. I hurt.
