        *Waves at everyone*
Last night during all the storms the south has been having my husband and I heard a whimpering little cry outside and when we looked there was a puppy all tangled up in her collar and a fallen tree branch, and when I say puppy I mean like 3 months old. Well I couldnt very well leave her outside to fend for herself in this weather so we brought her in, of course I will post a found sign for her around our mailboxes and such, but IF nobody claims her we will be keeping her. My cat is just THRILLED with the idea

Oh and I got 1 hour and 15 minutes in yesterday raking leaves......that counts dont it?

Raking leaves in the wind-now there's an exercise in futility. But yes, it's actually very good exercise.
          What kind of puppy?

We all have our setbacks and issues, but we are all trying hard and supporting each other. I am so lucky that I found this forum and all of you. Thank you all.

Austlyn, OF COURSE you can jump back in. I'll go update your stats right now. WELCOME BACK!!!

I got 90 minutes at the gym today. It was fun. Tami (my kick instructor and a personal trainer, but not my personal trainer) did a workout with me and Jessica. We did alot on the stability balls, did some fun but HARD crunches throwing a ball back and forth to each other, did some planks, and did weights working the legs, back, and butt. We did alot of core work. Tami has already warned us how sore we will be tomorrow! YIKES! lol She told us to go ahead and take some advil first thing tomorrow.
