I sat and spoke with my wife last night about it, I'm going to get back into MMA starting next week, 2 nights a week and Saturday morning. It's not as often as I'd like to be going, but some is so much better than nothing.

That's fantastic, as you know, there's nothing like grappling or sparring to burn some calories. How long did you train for before you had to stop?

Hey everyone. Boy I am so happy today. I could just bust! I was 217.5 whe i stepped on the scale this morning!!!!!!!!!! Yippee!!!!!! That is a total of 12.5 pounds for me so far.

Didn't get to the gym tonight. I'll be there tomorrow. They are having a special on their lifetime memberships. Being as I am in this for life, I am converting my monthly membership to one of those.
