Sher, I'd love to have scores that high! My bowling is....ummm...pathetic. my highest ever was a 149. I'm sure it was an accident On a good day, I don't go sliding down the lane with the ball!! That doesn't stop me of course, but only because I think dignity is highly overrated

290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

Thanks!!! Actually, my average is 201 at the moment. For the last 2 years I only averaged 198. But the years before that, during my prime I call it, I was averaging well over 210, bowling in 4 leagues a week, tournaments on weekends, open bowling whenever I could, etc. That was back before we had our most recent baby, before I went back to school and back before we bought our own house.

I currently only bowl on a Friday night league, and I sub on an every other week Saturday night league. My husband bowls 2x a week and he averages over around 210-220 on his leagues.

Unlike me, my husband has 14 perfect 300 games and an 800 series. My highest game is unfortunately a 296. Yes I admitted it. That's the first 11 strikes and then only a 6 count on my 12th ball.....Yeah I was shaking in my shoes. I've also bowled two 290 games, four 289's, one 288, and a bunch of games in the 270's. My highest series is 767.

This year though, My high game is only 259. I bowl for fun mostly now; it's my night out.

      Does anyone else bowl????

I should have joined this challenge. When I started losing weight, I was over 250, I stopped weighing after that, I just couldn't handle it. But I didn't join here until I was 220, does it matter?

Okay, on January 13th I was 209.6 I haven't weighed since then. I won't be weighing until the end of February. I pledge swimming 5,000 yards a week. So x 6 weeks that will be 30,000 yards. I want to lose 25 pounds from what I weighed on the 13th. Is that what you need?

I am currently sidelined form my working out because of my back. I seem to have aggrevated an old injury. Ughhhh! Hopefully I will be able to hit the gym again in a few days.

We are tracking our exercise minutes. Can you give me how many minutes of swimming that would most likely be? Sounds like a great weight-loss goal. You are so close to onederland!
