        When you swim, how do you swim? I do 1,000 yards. I swim down there regular, then come back on my back, then go down breast stroke, then back on my back. The pool is 25 yards long. I find that these three types work different muscles and I am worn out by the time I am done.

        Thanks for the compliment! I think I have even lost an inch or so off my waist since I took that pic!

          I found I have a UTI, I only managed 30 minutes today.

            Great job everyone, we are all doing fantastic.

            No Exercise day, had to deal with 8 inches of snow, then rain all day. Kids had no school as well. But, I did eat healthy and drank all my water.
            40 year old male 6' 3"

            What I know:
            1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
            2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
            3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
            4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

              Hey everyone! I'm so proud of all the exercise minutes you guys are rackin' up! My eating has been much better today... no low carb ice cream bars today! lol

              I got in 2 hours at the gym today... Interval and Kick class. I'm excited about tomorrow. Tami's going to meet up with me at the gym again and do a training session. I was SO sore after our workout last week! Can't wait to see what she has in store this week.

              Well, I'm headed to bed. I'm pooped! I just got finished setting my TIVO up! YAY!! Now I can record all my favorite shows while I'm at the gym.

                  I don't like to count laps...so I just time it...I swim for 30 minutes, usually twice a day...but lately ony once. I incorporate some water aerobics into my swim for about 20 minutes, then reward myself with some freestyle swimming, mainly breaststroke and backstroke.

                  hope your bladder is feeling tip tip soon!!

                              I don't think so...just be sure to shower and put on dry clothes as soo as you come out...also drink TONS of water so you pee alot.
