Re: Century Club - Springing Into Action!

hi everyone...I haven't been able to get online and I haven't posted my exercise but my ticker should be correct now...30 minutes for today and 830 is my new grand total. not too bad considering I started on the 17th....also down 1 pound.

Snap...so sorry you are hurting...I know you are anxious but don't exercise before you are ready...you don't want to injure yourself even further!!

Cat...will you still talk to us when you are no longer obese??

Re: Century Club - Springing Into Action!

I had decided I wasn't going to weigh until the end of the six week exercise challenge that I started in January so I get to weigh at the end of February! I am so excited. I got so tired of waving above onderland I decided to just throw down the gauntlet to myself and really kick it in gear.

I am going to walk on the treadmill later but I didn't go swimming today because I havent been getting enough calories and I have been getting weak. I started getting indigestion too and this girl in my A&P class who studies kinesiology (and her daddy is a body builder) she said that was the reason too why I was having the indigestion. So today I am going to eat and try to figure out what to do.

What the heck? I don't want to get into a stall because I am NOT eating enough! It started just after my TOM, my appetite just plummeted.

Well, I just got up a little while ago I stayed up to shovel and rake the snow off the barn roof. Now it's pouring, everything has melted and I did all that this morning for nothing. Well, not nothing--I did get in about an hour of a realllllly good workout
