Beautiful Catrenia! You have much to be proud of.

I got in 45 minutes of cardio today. Weight is still a mystery. I went to Target today to get a new scale. Picked up this and that... checked out...and headed home. On the way home I'm thinking, gee I forgot something. As I pull into my driveway, I realize that I forgot the dang scale. Good grief!

Thank you Sue, Roger, Sandy, and Liz. I am starting to feel better about myself (esteem wise).

My baby girl is still sick. Her temp is no longer running up to 102 but is still reaching 100. I'm alternating between Advil and Tylenol. They didn't have school today and let them out early yesterday so she hasn't missed much school. We are covered in ice.

I can't wait for summer, heck I'd even take spring or fall right now.

Cat! You look great! The dress is beautiful and your daughter is adorable. My daughter's temp got up to 104 but she is much better now, still couldn't go to school today. Her cough is horrible.

I agree about your arms too. I worry about what my arms are going to look like when I get through. That is one of the reasons I like swimming so much. When I do most aerobic exercises and use my arms a lot, I get really faint feeling. Does anyone else get this?

Thank you Snap. I'm feeling very optimistic that I'll reach goal. I used to self-sabotage with other programs when I got close to goal. I have no clue why.

Thanks. How strange that ya'll have mentioned my arms. I look at them and think they're so jiggly. LOL!! I really need to start doing weight training as well...more exercise than what I've been doing.

I try to do push ups but my arms are so weak I feel like I am going to fall on my face. I heard that Julie's arms started getting a lot smaller when she started doing yoga. A lot of those positions, your arms support you a good bit. I've been checking out some here. http://exercisetv.tv/studio/miniwork...r=1&q=&trainer=

I do nothing but walk and not nearly as much as I should. Now, chest and stomach exercises are something that I need.

Yeah, I specifically chose swimming because I knew I needed work on my arms.

You can put me in for another 30 minutes last night. That's Probably it for a few days, though I'll try my jumprope tonight. Pulled my back shoveling. Should have left the rest for my hubby.
