Hey! If we're only required to sweat, I've got wayyyyy more minutes in. We have a great infra red sauna sitting on our porch

I'm back!!!!!!!!! 45 minutes for me today. No weight update yet. Unless we can go by my scales which say I still weigh 0... in which case I have lost 217 pounds.

Hello everyone! THE BON JOVI CONCERT WAS AWESOME!!!!

They sang new songs and old songs. Opened up with "Lost Highway" and then sang "You Give Love a Bad Name" and I was a kid all over again!!! They are a fantastic band to watch live and were as energetic as they were 20+ years ago. Blaze of Glory, It's My Life, Have a Nice Day, Born to be My Baby, Bad Medicine, Runaway, I'll be there for You, Wanted Dead or Alive, etc etc I could keep going... They covered at least one from each of their 11 albums...

"Whoaaaaa....we're half way there.....whoaaaa...Livin' on a Prayer" I'm still floating....

Anyways, stayed Atkins friendly all day yesterday...even while my husband sat and ate cinnamon roasted crunchy almonds in front of me at the concert...then he broke part of his tooth...haha that's what he gets....no seriously, he's going to the dentist today...

Hope everyone else if having a great day...TTYAL

                        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                            60 minutes for me.

Man, the swimming was hard tonight. All the lanes were full and FIVE more people got in the pool. Young guys around 15. They were polite and stayed out the way best they could but it caused a lot of turbulence in the pool and me being not that great a swimmer, I kept sucking water up my nose. But it calmed down after about...40 minutes and I had a little peace after that.

My daughter and I played dress-up tonight. I'm wearing a dress I bought last year thinking I could lose weight for a September wedding and get into it (size 16)...never happened. I tried it on tonight and was pleasantly surprised.
