YAY! I have exceeded my exercise minutes pledged for this challenge (3,595/3,300). I can't believe how much I enjoy going to the gym now. I never in a million years would've thought I would actually look forward to working out.

The difference between try and triumph is just a little umph!

Just put your extra time onto mine

You can put me in for 30 torturous minutes of shovelling today. My back is still acting up. I may resort to going to the doctors (I hate that!)

Great loss Sherri!!!! 4 pounds is awesome

290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

30 minutes Gazelle today. That puts me at 357/1500
Also I wanted to share with all of you that today was weigh and measure day for my losses in February. I lost 7 1/2 pounds and 8 inches for the month.
Thank you all for your great support here. You have all helped me more than you'll ever know.
        Thanks, Sherri

Re: Century Club - Springing Into Action!

          Congrats Liz and Sherri!

I probably won't meet my goal for weight loss but it was a little lofty. Also, this is the first time of me setting up minutes of exercise and weight to lose time limited goals so I will know better next challenge what is more appropirate or reasonable. It is so exciting seeing the changes though. I have lost a roll on my back!

Pic 1, the roll is there. Pic 2, it is gone

Wow Porcelain! Amazing results! Don't worry about not reaching your goal. The important thing is that you are on track and making progress. You are doing a GREAT job.

Congrats on those inches and pounds lost Sherri.

Yes, I did it all one time. My legs are screaming. I was with my aunt. We do it once about every two weeks.
