I do that with exercise machines. I've bought so many over the years that have ended up as clothes hangers, etc. I told my friend after I bought this ab crunch machine to never let me buy another machine again. She agreed but somehow I managed to slip a recumbent bike past her that I don't use. LOL!! I bought it after listening to the PT tell me I'd never be able to Turbo Jam, etc. again and would only be able to ride a bike, etc.. Ha! I'm proving him wrong but now I have a huge bike sitting in my living room that I need to get rid of.

I'm with you Porcelain. I've bought so many exercise videos over the years and I never stick with any of them longer than a week. They are stuffed in the back of my cabinet. I need to dust them off. I much prefer the gym now.

Well, I had a wonderful day. I took my students to Special Olympics today and had a lot of fun. My students really enjoyed themselves. They all earned ribbons.

Eating on the other hand, not so good. This afternoon we had a faculty meeting and our principal had a meal catered for Black History Month... fried chicken, mac and cheese, cornbread, black-eyed peas, peach cobbler... some good ol' southern home cookin' I KNOW I shouldn't have even went through the line but unfortunately I did. I got one piece of fried chicken and a spoonful of black-eyed peas. I could have done ALOT worse but what I got is definitely not acceptable for this WOE. All I can do now is put it behind me and move on. I find myself falling into old habits and getting off track. I've got to buckle down!! I was doing so good!

I'm heading to the gym now for classes. Need to burn these extra carbs off!! AGGHHH!!

Wouldn't the chicken have been ok if you had removed the skin?? It doesn't sound like you did too bad at all.

          Hello Challengers,
It's been some time since I have reported minutes. I officially began my exercise routine again today. Here are my minutes
          Gazelle- 20 minutes (1 mile)
Yard work 30 minutes (Piled limbs from storms)
          50 minutes total 305/1500
I'm back on a loosing pattern. Tweeked my woe a little and it got the scale moving again. I also feel energized. Feeling fantastic!
Keep up the great work everyone!

It probably wouldn't have been so bad Snap, if I had removed the skin, but I ate every last bit of it. I am proud of myself for not getting all the other items though. It was hard to pass up the peach cobbler, especially when everyone at my table was digging in!

I got 120 minutes of exercise today (Interval and Kick classes).

Ahhhh... I see! Well... I still don't think that ya did that bad! (Compared to the coleslaw that I innocently ate yesterday thinking that cabbage couldn't hurt me )

I got in 30 minutes of walking today. Tomorrow I am heading back to the gym. Thank goodness my back is finally feeling normal again. I still might skip weights...

I almost bought the hip hop abs video set also. I found some on ebay that were reasonably priced. I am thinking that I still might give them a try.

skipped bikram and/or the gym tonight, I'm just sore all over... I feel like I've been beaten with sticks from head to toe. Body needs a nice rest period, and that's going to be today
