    Burn w/Kearns DVD (Core Training-medicine balls, dumbells and the elastics) only 30 minutes, but my muscles are already getting tight/stiff lol.

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

              WOW! Congrats to all you losers!

              I unfortunately gained 0.7 pounds this week. It was to be expected though because as I had mentioned earlier I was letting a few no-no's creep back in and on top of that TOM has paid a visit. Hoping for a better week this week!

                          I got in 45 minutes on Saturday and only 30 minutes on Sunday. I guess something is better than nothing. I am doing the no weigh challenge, so I will update my weightloss when that is over.
