      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                    60 mins today (Im up to 11 mins onthe eliptical (: that thing is brutal, then did 45 mins on the bike, then 5 on the treadmill) 20 miles total today...woohoo!

                                Thanks! I know it's nowhere what I could be doing, but this challenge has gotten me more active then I've been in a long time....I can do 30 minutes on the elliptical now...I keep pushing myself though and when I hit thirty minutes, I try to do it for just a minute or two longer....It has been a great investment! Congratulations to you on way exceeding your exercise minutes, and getting your eating back on track
