    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                            I just want you all to know how much I appreciate having all of you...this board really makes this journey fun!


                            I mean Im so anal (for lack of better words) that sometimes when my husband gets home from work I take him on a tour around the house to show him what all I got accomplished that day (which is usually a lot - Im quite the clean freak)...so I LOVE having you guys to share my exercize accomplishments with, and hearing about all of yours!

                            Dont know how I'd do this without ya'll!

                                Awww... *GROUP HUG* I feel the same way Jammie! I love coming here and sharing my accomplishments and struggles, and hearing about everyone else's too. I don't know if I could do this without all of you.

                                Thanks for the encouraging words guys. I was very pleased with that 7 pounds. It must have been running up and down those stadium stairs a gazillion times last week! That's the only thing I really did differently.

                                                Gosh I almost feel embarased reporting my minutes tonite. You all are really kicking the minutes in. Great Job!
                                                I raked in my yard today for 90 minutes. Alot of bending and pulling. Lots of walking too. It felt great to get out there and do it.
                                                I'm still not weighing untill this challenge is over on the 21st. I did put some jeans on today that were snug last time I wore them. Today I could take them off without unbuttoning then. They were really lose. As all my clothes are lose these days. I know I'm losing inches but I won't know for another 11 days to see if I make my weightloss goal.

                                                        Wowie, Liz -- what an AWESOME loss! I know you've been sick, so please don't be discouraged if you put just a little of that back on when you start eating more regularly again, okay?

                                                        No loss for me today. And only 60 minutes of exercise this past week.

                                                            Congrats on your losses guys! That is amazing! I just exclaimed "Liz lost 7 pounds!" My husband replied "What are you talking about and who is Liz?"

                                                            I got 90 minutes of exercise today and I doubled the amount of crunches I usually do.
