I got 90 minutes in today. Met Tami at a high-school stadium. She had me running up and down the bleachers in different ways (running up, with hamstring curls, lunging up). OMG and that's not all. We did jumping squats, leg throws, and something I think she called sissy squats (but there wasn't anything sissy about them!) lol and a few other things I don't know the names of. Needless to say, it was a good workout.

Tonight I did:
35 minutes elliptical machine
30 minutes bike
