              What I know:
              1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
              2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
              3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
              4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                    You're right Cat. I feel pretty good today. I was swimming and I ran my hand over where my upper roll is, you know, that one between the breasts and the waist? Well, it was flattening out quite nicely! It is, of course, still there. I see it when I stand up and I am getting dress but it is less "full" and quite a bit of fat is gone underneath it. It makes measuring a little hard because everything gets so soft and you are nto sure if you are pulling too tight or anything. I can feel it though and that is exciting. I can't wait to take pics at the end of the month.
