    I got 3 hours (180 minutes) at the gym today! I took Interval (a combination step/weight-lifing class), Kick, and Power (weight-lifting). Ugh, I'm exhausted! But it's a good exhaustion!

                What I know:
                1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                              lol Chicklady...well I never thought in a million years that I would want to work that hard either but I actually do enjoy it now! I couldn't do it by myself. I have such a great support system at my gym. I've gotten to know several of the instructors and they are always encouraging me to push myself. I also have 2 good friends that take alot of the same classes so it's fun.
