      Weightlifting/Treadmill 75 minutes 2305/4950 this morning
      40 year old male 6' 3"

      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

        ooh, it takes me about an hour to do 1,000 let me figure that. 30 hours..-gets out a calculator-

        That's 1800 minutes.

        I did that right, right? 1,000 yards at 60 minutes each, 5 times a week times 6 weeks left? Right?

                Nothing to report here. TOM is lurking, i'm not weighing. I'll be weighing next Monday. Also, I'm tired more than my usual. I'll be doing a spit test tomorrow a.m. for Candida. I'll let you know what I find out.

                    LOL, Cat, No kidding ha. I'm so done with it myself. Now that my thyroid seems to be getting back to normal I guess I'll be expecting TOM visits more regular now. BLA!

                        Lots of activity today. Congrats to the losers and to everyone who racked up some minutes this week.

                        Porcelain, your math looked correct. I'll add you to the challenge. Make yourself at home. We have another swimmer here... Lori (itsme12i). Hey, where has Lori been, by the way?

                        Adena, I have all the faith in you girl that you'll get back on track soon. You know I'm rootin' for you. Hang in there.

                        Well, I'm happy to report that I lost 3.7 pounds this week...which puts me at 321.4...so close to the 3teens. I'm inching my way closer to Twoville and I can't wait to get there! Oh yeah, and I got 120 minutes at the gym today (Power and Kick class).

                          BETH!! I was updating stats and realized that 275 means you met your challenge weight loss goal!!! WAY TO GO!!!!! You lost 18 pounds in 5 weeks! That's awesome. Keep it coming. Let's see how far below your goal you can get. We still have 6 weeks left in the challenge!
