I'm lucky, it only works b/c of my current work schedule. I do love it though, I don't do nearly as much striking as I used to (b/c of time and family life), mostly just jiu jitsu and submission grappling these days.

y my count I have 42 days left. I am 250 and pledge to do 20 minutes of exercise a day, walking on my treadmill. I don't know how to add my name to the challengers list. Oh yes, I want to lose 15lbs by March 21st.

I sat and spoke with my wife last night about it, I'm going to get back into MMA starting next week, 2 nights a week and Saturday morning. It's not as often as I'd like to be going, but some is so much better than nothing.

Thats what Im hoping for...Im gonna work my tail off this week at the gym, and be super careful about what goes into my mouth...and hopefully next week I'll break out of the 220's.
