      65 minutes for me today. That's an hour of kick and 5 minutes on the elliptical. I got to class early so I figured what the heck might as well burn some extra calories on the elliptical machine!

        What I know:
        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
        2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
        3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
        4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                Thanks for the well wishes everyone. I feel a little better now only because my sleep medicine is kicking in and it takes away pain. I have just been laying back on the love seat in my room. My daughter came in my room stating "I might be dying" and we checked her temp and it was 104 and she then said "Your bed feels better than mine" and she has been in my bed ever since. I am hoping I don't turn that way tomorrow, fever makes you feel so horrid. I have a huge test Thursday in A&P and I need to study all day tomorrow. I think I might need a few prayers for this one.

                  Good Morning CCers

                  Liz - I know, I NEED to get to the gym - someone please make more hours in the day!!! Maybe I'll just commit to going in the morning and evening on the weekends when I have time! Oh yeah, can't I count all of the running around I do around my house cleaning busting a sweat?? LOL

                  Anyways, eating has been going well...I can feel TOM is creeping up on me. I'm on my way to refill my water bottle up now.

                  Breakfast was good, us early 6am-ers (there's 4 of us) ordered omelets this morning, I had the Meat Lovers omelet with cheese.

                  Tonight is the Bon Jovi Concert!!! I know, a Wednesday concert, how fun is that going to be? anyways, hubby and I can't wait...
