      Just checking in. I've updated my stats below. A little pathetic right now, due to 13-16 hr work days over the last four and four more to go. However, I vow to make it up in my down time. I will honor my pledges. Hope everyone is having great success!

        Hey Lisa, I updated your staring weight for the challenge to 235. Remember, the challenge does not officially begin until tomorrow. This is when I will start keeping track of minutes pledged and weight lost. What will be your goal weight for this challenge. It ends on March 21st, so that's 11 weeks.           Please double check my stats... My CW is 256 not 265!!! Please please don't make me gain 9 lbs.!!!

          Also, I had mini "whoosh" so I need to change my stats anyway for start day.

                  Hey there......I'm gonna need to upate my stats for tomorrow, I don't know why but I'm not feeling like 301 pounds and I'm afraid to go step on the scale tonight. I will weigh in the morning when hopefully I will weigh less. This has been a pretty bad week for me.....no cheats but I havent lost any in 2 weeks now
                  Anyways I will give you the update in the morning.

                            CW is 241.4 and your
                            GW 200lbs by March 21st, 2008(Spring Equinox).

                            I pledge to do 1500 minutes of exercise between now and then breaking down to 20mins a day although itll prolly be more.
