So try to force yourself, once a week and same time and circumstances. It's like breaking the sugar addicition, once you do it you will feel so much better.

    Just my two cents worth.
I know that you are right. I honestly think trying to give up the scale is more painful than giving up sugar. I say this because I've gone to great lengths to break my scale addiction. I've even put it up in a place where I had to climb to get it. What did I do? Yep, climbed every day to get it (oh well, at least I was exercising).

I just made up a funny song (at least I think it's funny). Do you remember the Shower to Shower jingle (just a sprinkle a day, helps keep odor away)? Ok, think of the same tune and sing the words below:

      Staying cheat-free today,

Will help to keep those pounds away.
      Have you stayed cheat-free today?

That's what I have needed all along today...I have been poked....kicked...and have had enough water to float a small platoon down the river...all I needed was a little dancing music!

          Thanks Cat

I got my 30 minutes in today.........Im taking a rest tomorrow. I've really increased my water intake this week, or at least I think so, I have been actually measuring the water I drink to make sure I am getting enough (I dont think I was getting enough before) and I feel my backteeth floating all the time now. Thankfully we have 2 bathrooms in our house or I'd be in real danger!

I'll be heading to the gym tonight too for Kick class. I got such a great compliment last night. Les, one of the male instructors, came up to me after kick and told me how great I was doing. He said he can tell I'm really working hard and he can see lots of improvement from when I first started that class. It was so nice of him and makes me want to work even HARDER now.

Thanks, I just decided even if it would not be high impact, I would just move for an hour and I did it. I was very proud of myself !!
One pound down for my week total, 241 is my ending weight for my first week and that is a great number !!!
My excercise for the week is 80 minutes, but will be a lot more next week.
I have gotten in my 4 liters of water every day and eaten clean and perfect each day, no cheats or illegal foods.
I am looking forward to an awesome week two.
