        Please check the stats to make sure I've gotten everything right. It's a little more challenging this time keeping up with everyone's exercise minutes. You guys are doing GREAT! Keep it up!

                          I'm going the wrong way! I typically dont record the gains.....only the losses but for this challenge we have to weigh in and I cant ignore the numbers on the scale. My stats should now read 304/305/282 and if that isnt depressing I dont know what is.

                          Congrats to the rest of you who are losing the pounds and making your exercise goals! Woot Woot!

                              Congratulations to all on the weight loss and excercise minutes. I weighed myself last night and am down to 270 lbs for a 2 lb weight loss. I have also completed 320 minutes of exercise this past week. Keep up the great work everyone.
