  • Re: Century Club - Springing Into Action!

    HI Liz,

Submission grappling is a non-striking combat sport (it uses wrestling, jiu jitsu, sambo, catch-wrestling and judo), generally matches are won by submission (chokes, arm locks, shoulder locks, leg locks etc..). I went on to youtube and grabbed a random video, a few people have asked me and this helps to show it.

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

LOL. I know. I was shivering along delivering my papers the other night wishing "freezing my arse off" really worked. Heck, I'd go bare-butt if it did

Congrats on the pounds lost itsme and luna! You guys are off to a great start!!

Suga, I've heard the stability ball is a great exercise tool. Have fun shopping for equipment today.

Pemphero, it's no problem, just wanted to make sure the rules were clear for everyone. I love to support everyone on the ADBB but this particular challenge was specifically for those of us with the unique challenge of losing 100 or more pounds. Since you fall into that category...WELCOME!

It can be, but I really enjoy. It's good for my job as well and get's my heart going pretty good.

Great job working out, you have done some serious minutes.
