    Well I got 60 minutes last night (Kick class). I'm heading home (to my parent's place) for the weekend so I probably won't get any minutes in the next few days. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and I'll check back in soon.

        I got 40 minutes in yesterday.





        290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

          Ok I know I wasnt gonna weigh in until next Monday but I couldnt help myself, I stepped on the scale this morning and just as I thought..........298.8! Woot Woot!
          Im down 6.2 pounds!
          Ohh and I did another 20 minutes walking yesterday.

            What I know:
            1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
            2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
            3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
            4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

              I have lost another pound...after I was over my sickness I went back to my strict 2 week induction...it really helps me to have a "short list" and until I feel I can handle a longer list I think I will stick to the short one.

              So Liz I am down to 225 and need you to add 150 minutes of walking for me...thanks and have a great time with your folks!

                            55 mins today...and I am feelin fantastic!!!

                            Lori, the scales not been moving for me much either, dont be discouraged...it will if we just keep at it. I found that last time I lost all my weight, the same thing happened...the scale wouldnt move for a while, then I would drop in big increments...trust me...it will move. Keep your spirits up!!!

                                Hi all,

                                sorry for not reporting in on Last Monday, but I was under the weather for a few days. As of this past Monday, I had completed another 380 minutes of exercise for a total of 1120 minutes, My weight last Sunday afternoon was 262lbs. I do believe though that by this Sunday, I will be up a few lbs since I felt crappy and eat high carb stuff Sunday night thru Wednesday. I'm back on track now. Well that's it, I will report back in this Monday.
